About Me
Hi! I'm Star, a graduate student in Marriage & Family Therapy with a passion for inner child healing and self discovery. For the past three years I've been dedicated to my own reparenting journey. The connection between reparenting your inner child and parenting your own children goes hand in hand and I'd love to help others find those connections as well! I am currently interested specializing in IFS for individuals and EFT for couples. I'm set to start my internship in October 2025, I just need to figure out where that's going to be!
I also created Utah Mental Health Professionals Networking Group on Facebook and we have about 700 members. We use our group to share referrals and information relevant to the field as well as meeting up every month for lunch or dinner to make real life, in-person connections with each other!
