About Me
I'm originally from the Mid-West where I was actively involved in crisis intervention, sexual assault/domestic violence. Since moving to Georgia, I hope to become involved with similar programs here, while also delving into my own opportunities to continue helping women at higher risk of being victimized.
I am a graduate student at Capella University, wife, and mother of three adult children. Now that my children are older, I'm in a transitional phase of learning who I am as opposed to what I've been doing as the person wearing the many hats. While I relish in this transitional phase, one thing I know for sure is my desire to pursue my education and become a marriage and family therapist.
