About Me
Hi, I’m Cristina, and I’m passionate about helping others and bringing people together. Since 2014, I’ve been building my career as a Targeted Case Manager, which has provided me with a strong foundation in the mental health field. I am also certified as a facilitator in Trauma Incident Reduction (TIR), allowing me to help clients work through trauma in a more focused way. Outside of work, I enjoy outdoor activities, spending time with family, working out, and traveling. I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and look forward to networking with like-minded professionals in the field.
